Code of Conduct (COC Audit)
A Code of Conduct (COC) Audit is a specialized assessment where an auditor verifies if a factory is operating in strict accordance with a specific brand's or organization's set of ethical and operational rules.
While a general "Social Compliance Audit" checks for overall labor law adherence, a COC Audit is often customized. For example, a factory in Dhaka might have one COC audit for H&M, another for Disney, and another for Inditex, each focusing on that specific buyer's unique requirements.
